Everybody asks what's in this casserole - can't put their finger on it - it's a secret only you know! Serve with rice or noodles. Ingredients:
4 pork chops, well trimmed |
1 large cooking apple, peeled, cored and chopped |
1/2 cup raisins |
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed oxtail soup |
1/3 cup water |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place the pork chops into a buttered 9x13 inch baking dish. Add the apple and raisins. Pour the soup and water into a small bowl, and mix together. Pour the soup over the pork chops. 2. Bake, covered, in the preheated oven until the pork chops are fully cooked, about 1 hour. |
