An addictive dessert from an old family recipe. This is a cold cooked pie, the lemon juice cooks the milk in the mixing. Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk |
1 large lemon, juice of |
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, well drained |
1 (9 ounce) container cool whip |
1 cup pecans |
2 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crust |
Directions:
1. Mix Eagle Brand Milk, lemon juice and pineapple until thickened. 2. Blend in cool whip and nuts. 3. Chill. |
