4 -5 eggs, beaten (can use 3) |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/2 tablespoon lemon flavoring |
1 tablespoon salt |
2/3 cup butter |
1/4 ounce fresh yeast cake |
2 cups milk, scalded and cooled |
5 cups flour, about (or all you can stir in) |
Directions:
1. Beat 10 minutes. 2. Let rise 4 hours. 3. Roll 1/4 in thick. 4. Cut, butter, and place in pan and bake about 20 minutes. |
