Fresh, healthy great salad especially for lunches or side dishes
Ingredients:
1 head of lettuce, torn into pieces
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup purple or white onion, chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
10 oz frozen peas (1 pkg)
2 cups miracle whip free
1 teaspoon sugar
5 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
6 eggs, boiled
Directions:
1. Layer vegetables in order listed
2. Mix mayo and sugar - pour over
3. Sprinkle with Cheddar Cheese
