1 head of lettuce, torn into pieces |
1/2 cup celery, chopped |
1/2 cup purple or white onion, chopped |
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped |
10 oz frozen peas (1 pkg) |
2 cups miracle whip free |
1 teaspoon sugar |
5 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated |
6 eggs, boiled |

1. Layer vegetables in order listed 2. Mix mayo and sugar - pour over 3. Sprinkle with Cheddar Cheese |
