This is from a Myer's Rum pamphlet. I've been making this recipe for too many years to think about! Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces myer's rum |
1 ounce cream of coconut (from can) |
2 ounces unsweetened pineapple juice |
1/2 cup crushed ice |
1 pineapple stick (to garnish) |
1 maraschino cherry (to garnish) |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in shaker or blender. 2. Shake, or blend at low speed, for 10 to 15 seconds. 3. Pour over ice cubes in a tall glass. 4. Garnish with a pineapple stick and cherry. |
