My Way German Potato Salad |

this is a dish i learned to make when i lived in germany just changed it up a bit Ingredients:
6 or 7 potatoes red or yukon |
2-slices hickory bacon(break into bits ,don't use bacon bit's) |
1/4 cup diced red onion |
2 tblspns-red or white vinegar |
1 cup beef stock |
evoo |
sea salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. boil peeled,bite size diced potatoes til fork tender, drain 2. put potato's in salad bowl add onion and 1 cup hot beef broth or stock,add vinegar ,bacon pieces, 3. pepper and sea salt if needed...right before serving drizzle with evoo oil...enjoy |
