This is just my version of an onion pie. Ingredients:
2 large vidalia onions |
1/2 stick butter |
1 pie crust, deep dish, prebrowned |
2 c. 4 cheese shredded |
1 c. mayo |
1 c. sour cream |
3 tbs. splenda |
dash salt |
Directions:
1. Prebrown the pie crust 2. Slice the onions and place in a pan with butter, salt to taste, cook until just turning clear 3. Pour over into the deep dish pie 4. Mix the mayo, sour cream, cheese and splenda 5. Pour over onion mixture 6. Bake about 15 min until bubbly |
