My Very Own Fried Shrimp

Seafood is very popular in America. Here is my own fried shrimp!!!!!!!
Ingredients:
1-2 pounds of either raw or boiled shrimp
1 cup of flour
1 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1 cup of milk
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon of pepper
1/8 teapoon of garlic salt
marinara sauce (use your favorite) for dipping
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
Directions:
1. In shallow bowl, combine wet ingredients (except oil and marinara sauce)
2. In a nother shallow bowl, combine salt, pepper, garlic salt, flour, and bread crubs
3. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 345 degrees
4. Gently dip shrimp in wet mixture; then dry
5. Carefully drop shrimp to the oil until crisp (2-3 minutes)
6. Repeat, working in batches
7. Serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
