My Version of Mexican Rice |

I wanted something simple to accompany a Mexican dinner I was having and adapted a recipe my brother gave me for his Mexican Rice. Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) can chicken broth |
10 ounces water |
1/2-3/4 cup salsa |
1 cup rice, long grain |
Directions:
1. Mix the ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a simmer until the rice is cooked. 2. I usually sprinkle the rice with green onions to dress the dish up. |
