My Version of 3 Minute(Top of Stove) Bay Scallops |

This is my version of 3 Minute Scallops. Easy and delicious. Ingredients:
4 tablespoons unsalted butter |
2 garlic cloves, finely minced |
1 lb bay scallop, drained |
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
seasoned bread crumbs |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in large skillet. 2. Add garlic. 3. Toss in Scallops and cook for about 2 minutes, until scallops are opaque, don't overcook. 4. Add lemon juice and toss. 5. Mix in bread crumbs until scallops are well coated. |
