My Sweet and Sour Chicken |

This is so good. We love to eat it with hot sticky steamed white rice. Jasmine rice is our favorite. Ingredients:
8 skinless chicken breasts |
1 egg |
1 cup cornstarch |
1 cup oil |
3 cups sugar |
1/2 cup vinegar |
1 cup chicken broth |
1 cup ketchup |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Dip chicken in beaten egg, then cornstarch, fry in hot oil until golden brown. 2. Place in casserole dish. 3. Mix sauce well and pour over chicken and bake for 2 hours at 325*. |
