My Spanish Rice

A recipe of mine I turn back to quite often. I love the flavor of it and it doesn't take very long to put together. And only one pot to wash. I can sit and just eat a plate of this.
Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup onion (chopped)
1/3 cup green pepper (chopped)
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 1/3 cups minute rice
Directions:
1. Bring everything but rice to a boil.
2. Stir in rice and cover. Take off heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Stir before serving.
