For you Pat my friend here I will miss you. I wish i had post this sooner. But Mom says you will know, i hope so. I like all the orange stuff in this cause orange is my favorite. I first did this with vanilla yogurt but like the soy powder. Read more . You could do both but maybe use plain yogurt if you use the vanilla powder. (mom's tip) Ingredients:
at least 1/2 cup crushed ice, add more if needed |
1 med peeled orange, no seeds |
1 cup fresh strawberries |
1/2 banana |
1/2 cup orange juice |
1/2 cup orange sherbet |
1 scoop vanilla soy protein powder (michael says so) or about 3/4 cup vanilla flavored yogurt |
Directions:
1. Put all in blender. 2. Blend on high until smooth |
