My Sherry Cherry Ahh More Pie |

Delicious and not too heavy. Great for summertime! Ingredients:
1 (3 oz) package cream cheese |
3/4 cup sugar |
1/2 pint whipping cream |
1 tablespoon sherry |
1 can cherry pie filling |
1 baked pie crust |
Directions:
1. Cream sugar with cream cheese.
2. Add sherry and mix well
3. In another bowl whip cream until stiff peaks form
4. Fold cream into sugar mixture and pour into pie crust.
5. Spread cherries on top.
6. Refrigerate
7. Serves 6 - unless you want to keep it all to yourself!!
