From a church cookbook that is from Segalville Methodist Church Ingredients:
2 cups saltines, crakcers crushed (1 sleeve of crackers) |
1 onion, chopped |
3 -6 eggs, boiled and chopped |
1/4 cup sweet pickle, chopped |
1 pint mayonnaise (or less) |
1 tablespoon mustard |
Directions:
1. Crush saltines crackers. 2. Add the rest of the ingredients. 3. Then add as much mayonnaise as needed. 4. Chill. |
