2 ounces basil |
14 g pine nuts |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
32 g parmesan cheese |
1/2 teaspoon water |
1/2 garlic clove |
Directions:
1. just put everything in a little mini chopper, and whirl. 2. my trick is to add a bit of boiling water if it neeeds thinning-not more oil:). |
