This is my own lasagna recipe adjusted for OAMC use. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
32 ounces spaghetti sauce |
15 ounces ricotta cheese or 15 ounces cottage cheese |
3 cups mozzarella cheese |
1 egg |
12 ounces no-boil lasagna noodles |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef, and drain. 2. Mix spaghetti sauce with ground beef. 3. In small bowl, mix ricotta or cottage cheese, egg, and 1 cup mozzarella cheese. 4. Layer 13X9 casserole according to the following : 1 cup sauce, then layer noodles, then cheese mixture, sauce, noodles, cheese, then sauce and top with remaining mozzarella cheese. 5. Cover with double foil and freeze. 6. When ready to make, thaw completely. 7. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 8. Bake for 1 hr covered, then 10-15 mins uncovered. |
