Just made it up myself! I probably should have used Canola or another oil but all I had was Extra Virgin Olive Oil Ingredients:
3 cups rolled oats |
1/2 cup almonds |
1/4 cup sunflower seeds |
2 tablespoons sesame seeds |
1 cup craisins |
1 cup raisins |
1/4 cup honey |
1 tablespoon molasses |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
1 tablespoon cocoa powder |
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees. 2. Put all dry ingredients into a bowl. 3. Combine wet ingredients in a sauce pan and heat until combined. 4. Mix dry and wet ingredients and spread out onto a cookie sheet. 5. Bake for 15-20 minutes stirring every 5 minutes to prevent burning. 6. Let cool and enjoy! |
