My own recipe using items in my pantry Ingredients:
1/4 cup sunflower seeds |
1/4 cup flax seed, ground |
1/2 cup wheat bran |
3 cups rolled oats |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 tablespoon cocoa powder |
1/2 cup almonds |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
1 tablespoon molasses |
1/4 cup sugar |
Directions:
1. Combine dry Ingredients and set aside. 2. Combine wet ingredients into a sauce pan and turn on heat. Heat through and pour over dry ingredients and stir until combined. 3. Put mixture onto a sheet pan and bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes stirring every 5 minutes. 4. Cool and Enjoy. |
