One morning I had some Rotel dip with sausage left and I scrambled Alan and I some eggs and poured the Rotel on top. We liked it so much that the next time we made it on purpose. Ingredients:
12 eggs |
10 ounces rotel |
1 lb sausage |
1 lb velveeta cheese |
6 slices bread |
1/4 cup butter |
Directions:
1. Make Rotel dip by melting cheese and Rotel in microwave. 2. Brown sausage and add to cheese mixture. 3. Scramble eggs. 4. Spray casserole dish with PAM and put egg in dish. 5. Pour Rotel cheese on top. 6. Put bread in food processor and process until crumbs. 7. Melt butter in skillet. 8. Mix bread crumbs with melted butter and put on top of casserole. 9. Bake at 300°F until bubbly. |
