My Mum's Spring Salad

Fresh spring salad for bread. Sorry for my English :) The best for Sunday breakfast with fresh bread and cocoa :) Bon apetite :) Smacznego! (Polish language) :)
Ingredients:
5 hard-boiled eggs
1 bunch radish
1 bunch spring onion
200 g yellow cheese
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 lettuce
bread
Directions:
1. Cooked eggs and then grate them.
2. Clean and grate radishes.
3. Grate cheese.
4. Clean and chop spring onion finely.
5. Put all together to bowl.
6. Now put black pepper as you like.
7. Last part is mayonnaise. You have to give it something like 2 large tablespoons. Salad should be very thick.
8. Good to keep it for one hour in fridge before eating.
9. Take slice of bread - put luttuce leaf and at that spring salad.
10. Bon apetite :D.
