Fried white rice and fish Ingredients:
1 tilapia fillet, filet |
2 teaspoons lime juice |
1/2 teaspoon lime zest |
1 pinch salt |
1 pinch black pepper |
1 teaspoon olive oil or 1 teaspoon vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Coat both sides of fish with ingredients and marinate for 5 minutes. 2. Heat pan with oil and place fish in pan. Cook each side for about 3 minutes (depending how thick the filet) at medium heat. 3. Serve steaming hot. Serves 1. |
