My Mom whipped up this recipe when she lived on the coast. It's a keeper! Ingredients:
3/4 cup mayonnaise (no substitute) |
3 tablespoons dill pickles, chopped (about 1 medium) |
2 tablespoons green olives, chopped fine |
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped fine |
1 tablespoon onion, chopped fine |
1 teaspoon horseradish, prepared |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, blending well. 2. Let sit for about 1 hour before serving. |
