Yummy in burritos, chimichangas and anythings else you want to do with it. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs beef chuck roast |
1 medium onion |
1 cup water |
1 (1 1/4 ounce) packet taco seasoning |
4 ounces diced green chilies |
Directions:
1. Put all in slow cooker and cook on low 8 hours or low 6 hours. 2. When done, take out roast, shred and put back in and cook for longer for better flavor. |
