My Moms No-roll Pie Crust |

My mom can't make rolled pie crust, so this is what she always uses. It's really good with rhubarb pie. Makes enough for one pie crust and crumble for the top. Cook time varies with the pie. Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
2 tbsp sugar |
1 tsp salt |
2/3 cup vegetable oil |
4 tbsp milk |
Directions:
1. Mix together flour, sugar, salt. 2. Make a well in the centre 3. Mix together oil & milk, pour into hole and stir with a fork. 4. Pat into pan, saving some crumble to put on top of the pie. |
