My Mom's Maple Syrup Recipe |

My mom was making this before I was born, I guess her mom taught it to her. She taught it to me (my wife actually) and now I'm giving it to you. Ingredients:
2 cups water |
1 lb brown sugar |
1 cup dark karo syrup |
1 teaspoon maple flavoring |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in a 2 quart saucepan and bring to a boil while stirring. 2. Reduce heat. 3. Keep stirring and let it cook until the sugar is completely incorporated. 4. Enjoy! |
