One of my favorite dinners growing up. Pure comfort food. We always had this served over rice. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 onion, chopped |
1 cup sliced mushrooms |
2 teaspoons garlic powder |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can campbell condensed golden mushroom soup |
1 cup sour cream |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef, onion, and mushrooms in medium skillet. 2. Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper. 3. Incorporate soup into beef mixture, add sour cream and heat through. 4. Serve over rice. |
