This may sound weird, but it is the moistest cake you will ever make from scratch. No one will believe that you didn’t use a mix. Ingredients:
2 c. flour |
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda |
1 c. sugar |
1/2 c. baking cocoa |
3/4 c. mayonnaise |
1 c. cold water |
1 tsp. vanilla |
Directions:
1. Sift together flour, sugar, soda and cocoa into a mixing bowl. 2. Add the remaining ingredients and beat until smooth. 3. Put batter in a 9x13 cake pan. 4. Bake at 350 for 35 min. |
