This is my favourite quiche that I grew up on eating. Very easy and very quick and crustless for those of you who don't like a crust. Ingredients:
4 eggs |
1 1/4 cups milk |
1 cup cream |
1/2 cup self-rising flour |
salt and pepper |
1 cup grated cheese |
1 medium onion, chopped |
2/3 shallot, chopped |
bacon, chopped |
parsley, chopped |
extra cheese |
extra parsley |
Directions:
1. place the onion shallots bacon and parsley in bottom of quiche pan. 2. mix together the milk cream flour salt and pepper and cheese and pour over the mixture in quiche pan. 3. sprinkle extra cheese and parsley on top. 4. bake 45 min at 180 degrees Celsius. |
