One dish easy meal with enough to heat up later Ingredients:
! lb. any macaroni product |
1lb. lean ground beef |
1 medium chopped onion |
i small red or green pepper chopped |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 16 oz. jar spagetti sauce of choice(i use mushroom) |
salt and pepper to taste |
10 ounces sharp chedder cheese shredded |
hot sauce if desired |
Directions:
1. Cook macaroni as package advises 2. Drain well 3. Saute' beef wth onions and peppers 4. Add garlic powder to mixture,salt and pepper 5. Mix warm beef mixture with shredded chedder 6. Mix in spagetti sauce and hot sauce 7. Toss with the cooked macaroni 8. Bake about 30-35 minutes till bubbly and cheesey in preheated 400 degree oven. 9. Serve with salad and warm rolls 10. So easy and delish!A real comfort dish,even better the next day! |
