Simmer them with sauce, serve over pasta and supper's done! Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef |
1/4 cup grated parmesan |
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs |
3/4 tsp salt |
1 tsp garlic powder |
1 tsp italian seasoning |
1 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper |
1/4 tsp dried oregano |
1/4 tsp dried marjoram |
1/4 tsp dried basil |
1 large egg |
2 tbsp skim milk |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingreadients together. Shape into 14-2oz. meatballs. Bake on a baking sheet at 350 for about 25 minutes, turning several times to evenly brown. Toss cooked meatballs into your favorite sauce and simmer. |
