Homemade granola bar without all the fat Ingredients:
3 cups oats |
1/2 cup applesauce |
1/4 cup peanut butter |
1/4 cup honey |
1/4 cup dried currants |
1 tsp cinnamon |
1/4 cup pecans |
Directions:
1. Mix thoroughly. 2. Press into pan sprayed with non-stick spray. 3. Bake at 325 for 15 to 20 minutes. 4. Cut into 16 pieces. |
