A nice simple dish that you can spice up as you like. Ingredients:
8 oz elbow macaroni (or pasta of your choice) |
1 can chopped tomatoes |
1 small can tomato puree |
1 small onion,chopped |
8 oz ground beef |
1 tsp paprika |
1/2 tsp salt |
1/2 tsp white pepper |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef and onion. 2. Cook pasta according to packaage directions. 3. Drain pasta and in the same pot add beef and onion, chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, paprika, pepper and salt. 4. Mix well and heat thoroughly. 5. Serve with a salad and rolls. |
