My Grandmothers Banana Bread |

This is my grandmother's recipe for banana bread. It is so good and so easy. Perfect sliced by itself or topped with brie or cream cheese. Ingredients:
3 very ripe bananas, the riper they are, the sweeter the bread |
2/3 cup of sugar |
1/3 cup of vegetable oil |
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder |
1/2 tsp. baking soda |
3/4 tsp. salt |
2 eggs |
1 1/3 cup of flour |
Directions:
1. Combine eggs, smashed bananas, sugar and oil. Slowly stir in dry ingredients. Put in bread pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or longer, checking periodically. |
