This is what everyone always requests from my grandma for all get-together, it is so good! She finally gave me the recipe after I have been begging her for it for years-it's supposed to be a family secret. I can't believe I'm sharing it w/all of you...shhh. But it is that good, I thought you guys should try it out! Ingredients:
2 eggs, beaten |
2 (15 1/4 ounce) cans whole kernel corn, drained |
1 cup milk |
1 cup cracker crumb |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1/2 cup green pepper |
1 cup cheddar cheese (sharp cheddar is the best to use) |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Mix all ingredients and spoon into a greased 1-quart casserole dish. 3. Bake uncovered for 35 minutes. |
