Just something I throw together when I want some fruit. Ingredients:
1 granny smith apple, peeled and chopped (approx. 1 in. pieces, about 145 grams) |
50 g mandarin oranges, peeled and segmented (about 165 grams) |
2 tablespoons raisins |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Combine the oranges and apples and toss in the raisins. Mix in the lemon juice and chill. 2. About 1/2 hour before serving, remove from refrigerator if you don't like your fruit really cold. Add some sugar or artificial sweetener if you'd like. |
