This was only the second second recipe that I created, so it's not perfect. Some people might find it just a tiny bit bland, so feel free to add more yogurt or jelly, whichever you prefer. Serve it fast because the ice and the actual smoothie separate in about 3 minutes. Ingredients:
1 cup sugar-free blueberry jelly |
2 1/2 cups mango passion fruit yogurt |
4 cups 1% low-fat milk |
10 ice cubes |
5 almonds |
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend on high. 2. Pour and serve! |
