My Favorite Tangy Coleslaw |

This is my favorite coleslaw - lots of vegetables and a perfect sweet/sour dressing. Ingredients:
6 cups shredded cabbage |
4 medium carrots, shredded |
4 celery ribs, chopped |
1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper |
1/2 cup finely chopped onion |
1/2 cup cider vinegar |
2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
6 tablespoons sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 teaspoon paprika |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, celery, green pepper and onion. 2. In a small bowl, combine the dressing ingredients. 3. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat. 4. Cover and refrigerate until serving. |
