Serve with chips, bagel chips, pita chips or Bugles (yes, they still make them) Ingredients:
1/4 cup packed fresh flat-leafed parsley |
1/2 medium onion |
3/4 lb. fresh cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined |
2 green onions |
4 oz. cream cheese, softened |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
1/3 cup sour cream |
1 1/2 tbsp. bottled shrimp cocktail sauce |
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice |
1 1/2 tsp. drained prepared horseradish |
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce |
1/2 tsp. minced garlic |
3/4 tsp. lemon pepper |
tobasco sauce to taste |
Directions:
1. Finely chop parslely and onion. Thinly slice green onions and coarsely chop shrimp. 2. In a medium bowl stir together cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until 3. smooth. 4. Stir in parslely, onion, green onions shrimp, and remaining ingredients until combined well and season with salt and pepper. 5. Makes about 3 1/2 cups. |
