My Favorite Raspberry Pie |

Really delicious raspberry pie using fresh or frozen berries. Ingredients:
1 unbaked double crust pie crust |
5 cups raspberries, fresh |
3/4 cup sugar |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
2 tablespoons cornstarch |
1 tablespoon tapioca |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Prepare pie crust pastry. 2. Combine rest of ingredients and pour into bottom crust. 3. Place top crust on berry mixture. 4. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes and reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake an additional 35-40 minutes. |
