I have used this pie crust recipe for years. It is always flakey.
Ingredients:
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups crisco
1/2 cup cold water
1 teaspoon vinegar
Directions:
1. Blend first three ingredients with a pastry blender.
2. Mix vinegar with water.
3. Add to rest of ingredients with pastry blender until blended.
4. Refrigerate for a couple hours to make it roll easier.
