A super easy pasta sauce that has tons of flavor. From Southern Living magazine. Ingredients:
2 cups whipping cream |
2 cups chicken broth |
1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese |
1 cup frozen peas |
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled |
Directions:
1. Combine whipping cream and chicken broth in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. 2. Reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes or until thickened and reduced to 2 cups. 3. Remove from heat. 4. Add Parmesean cheese, peas, and bacon. 5. Stir until cheese melts. 6. Toss with favorite pasta. 7. I use regular spaghetti pasta. |
