Super filling, nutritious and tasty! Ingredients:
2/3 cup oatmeal |
1 1/3 cups water |
1 tablespoon flax seed meal |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
1 teaspoon sunflower seeds |
1 teaspoon maple syrup |
100 g yogurt |
Directions:
1. Mix oatmeal and water. Microwave on medium for 4 minutes. Stir half way through. 2. Add remaining ingredients and stir! 3. Adjust lemon juice and maple syrup to taste. 4. Enjoy! |
