My Favorite Oatmeal

Super filling, nutritious and tasty!
Ingredients:
2/3 cup oatmeal
1 1/3 cups water
1 tablespoon flax seed meal
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon sunflower seeds
1 teaspoon maple syrup
100 g yogurt
Directions:
1. Mix oatmeal and water. Microwave on medium for 4 minutes. Stir half way through.
2. Add remaining ingredients and stir!
3. Adjust lemon juice and maple syrup to taste.
4. Enjoy!
