My Favorite Berry Smoothie |

A great combination of fruit flavors that gives you lots of energy. This is a very filling smoothie as well. I put a raspberry or orange yogurt bar in it, but any kind of frozen yogurt would work. Ingredients:
1/2 cup milk |
1/2 cup orange juice |
1 cup frozen raspberries, pr frozen blueberries or 1 cup frozen blackberries or 1 cup frozen strawberries |
1 banana |
1 cup frozen yogurt (or 1 yogurt bar) |
5 drops vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend on medium until smooth. Add ice cubes or more frozen fruit to thicken it up. |
