This is the original Fantasy Fuge recipe with my extra ingredients.Not to sweet but, sweet enough. Ingredients:
3 c. sugar |
1 1/2 c. margarine |
1 (3 oz.) can evaporated milk |
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips |
1 (12 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips |
1 (14 oz.) jar marshmellow creme |
10 oz. chopped nuts |
1 tsp. vanilla extract |
1 tsp. almond extract |
Directions:
1. In heavy saucepan, combine sugar,milk and margarine. 2. Bring to a rolling boil.Stirring constantly over med. high until candy thermometer reaches 238 degrees. 3. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients. Mix until well blended. 4. Pour into 2 well greased 9x13 pans. Cool completely. Cut into squares. Makes 6 lbs. |
