I make this smoothie almost everyday to get my fruit and vitamins! Ingredients:
1 cup orange juice |
4 -6 frozen strawberries |
1 ripe banana, peeled |
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast |
1 tablespoon ground flax seeds |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. 2. Pour into glass and enjoy! |
