This is what I normally have everyday with variations. Extremly low cal if you use light an fit yogurt which has 60 calories and quaker puffed wheat which has 55 calories for 1 1/4 cups Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups puffed wheat cereal |
1/2-1 cup light vanilla yogurt |
Directions:
1. Mix! 2. I add granola sometimes are other random food like Teddy Grahams or Special K - some fruit sometimes - ice cream, whatever! |
