This recipe is a very easy health y recipe and I eat it constantly... For breakfast:) Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. old fashioned oats |
1 tsp. honey |
! tsp. golden flax seed (or 1 tsp. grond) |
1/8 tsp cinnamon |
!/4 c. fruit of choice ( i use apple) |
!/2 c. skim milk (optional) |
1 c. water filtered (if possible) |
Directions:
1. Boil Liquids 2. Add oats, fruit,flax cinnamon cook for 5 minutes 3. Add honey 4. Enjoy!! |
