My Custom Ham, Egg, & Cheese Bagel

Healthier toasted spin on a favorite.
Ingredients:
2 oz western bagel alternative bagel, roasted onion (1 bagel)
2 egg whites, no yolk
19 g mozzarella, sliced
60 g ham, regular, sliced
Directions:
1. Crack the two eggs and discard the yolks
2. Fry the egg over medium heat. Use no frying liquid.
3. While the egg is frying, place the ham and cheese on the bottom bagel piece and place both pieces in a toaster oven. Optionally, put a few strips of onion on the cheese.
4. Bake the bagel at about 200 degrees until the ham and cheese are warm.
5. Place the cooked egg on the top piece of the bagel.
6. Toast both pieces on high heat for 1-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
7. Assemble and enjoy.
