My Clam Chowder

My adaptation of a few recipes to make a quick yummy clam potato chowder single serving. I used fresh cooked cockle clams we harvested at the coast this weekend. :) times and measures are guesstimates.
Ingredients:
1/8 teaspoon mustard powder
1/8 teaspoon coriander powder
1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
1/8 teaspoon dill weed
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 bay leaf
1 medium potato
1/4 cup clam
1 cup water
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 tablespoons green peppers
2 tablespoons celery
2 tablespoons onions
1/4 teaspoon garlic
1/2 cup asparagus
1/4 cup corn
1 1/2 tablespoons cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. chop potato, put in bowl with a tsp water cover and microwave, stirring occassionally until tender.
2. meanwhile, saute veggies in olive oil.
3. Once tender add everything bring to a boil.
4. let cool and enjoy.
